Welcome

As an Independent Real Estate Broker, your information is safe with me!  Browse, search, and save favorite properties securely, without worrying about who has access to your data and whether it’s going to be sold.

Whether you’re buying or selling a home (or both), your success hinges upon the expert advice and services provided by your agent and most importantly, requires trust that meeting your goals is your agent’s top priority.

If you’re selling, the most important thing in this market is getting the most amount of traffic to your home in the first few weeks.  Click here to learn more about how to get those feet through the door and see details of my multi-step sales system.

If you’re buying, the top priority is to be fully prepared so that when “your” house comes on the market, you are ready to jump into action as quick as possible.  In this market, with inventory still limited, that means having your financial ducks in a row.  For traditional financing, meet with a lender as soon as you can.  House hunting before meeting with a lender is like going to a restaurant without your wallet!  For cash purchases, having your proof of funds ready will help with both showings and getting your offer noticed in multiple offer situations.  Click here to see more details and to schedule a Buyer Consultation.  If you don’t have a lender in mind, I have multiple I can recommend that I trust to take good care of you!

One thing I do extremely well is quickly learn what’s important to you and what your needs and goals are.  Sometimes, I’ll realize things you may not even have quantified yet!

I’d love the chance to talk further about your goals and how I can help you achieve them – Use my contact page so we can talk more, or fill out the “Request an Appointment” box to the right, acknowledging that you agree to be contacted by Jeremy Deas, Independent Real Estate Broker, via call, email and text. To opt out, you can reply “stop” at any time or click the unsubscribe link in the emails. Message and data rates may apply.
